Roman Deneš is an Attorney with more than 25 years of experience in the Czech legal environment, during which he has mainly provided legal services to foreign investors in the Czech Republic. He has advised on large and significant transactions in energy, telecommunications, M&A, litigation and various structured energy and industrial projects (including international elements), emphasizing the legal aspects of contract law for RWE Group companies, innogy, Cinergy Global Power (now Duke Energy) ), US West / Media One International, and UPC.

Roman has also been involved in the process agenda for most of his career. He also gained experience during international arbitrations of RWE Group companies (disputes over gas purchase contracts and gas transmission contracts) and Cinergy Global Power (disputes over electricity sale contracts), where he provided legal services in collaboration with leading international law firms focusing on international arbitration.
